灵芝三萜类化合物对衰老模型小鼠的学习记忆能力和脑谷氨酸含量的影响
Effect of Ganoderma Lucidum Triterpenoids on the learning and memory ability and brain glutamate levels in mice aging model
【摘要】 目的观察灵芝三萜类化合物(GLT)对拟阿尔茨海默病(AD)的衰老模型小鼠的学习记忆能力和脑组织谷氨酸(Glu)含量的影响,探讨GLT的作用机制。方法 5%D-半乳糖(D-gal)皮下注射建立衰老小鼠模型,同时灌胃给予GLT,正常对照组和模型组给予等体积生理盐水。用Morris水迷宫实验检测小鼠学习记忆能力,光化学法检测小鼠脑组织Glu含量。结果与正常对照组相比,模型组小鼠学习记忆能力降低,脑组织Glu含量增加。灌胃给予GLT后,小鼠上述变化明显改善,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 GLT可改善D-gal衰老模型小鼠的学习记忆能力,其机制可能与GLT能够减少脑内Glu有关。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Ganoderma Lucidum Triterpenoids(GLT) on the learning and memory ability and brain glutamate levels in mice aging model,and to explore its mechanism.Methods After establishing the mice aging model by subcutaneous injection of 5% D-galactose(D-gal),the animals were given stomach perfusion with GLT,while the normal control group and model control group animals were given an equal volume of saline.The Morris water maze and photochemical method were used to test the learning and memory abilities and brain glutamate levels respectively.Results The learning and memory abilities were reduced and brain glutamate levels were increased in the aging model animals compared with the normal control group.For those had been treated by GLT,these changes were significantly improved compared with the model control group(P<0.05).Conclusion GLT can improve the learning and memory abilities of D-gal induced aging model mice which may mediated by the mechanism of reduction of brain glutamate level.
