T/C、CVC针织物短流程练染同浴工艺实践
Short Process of One-Bath Scouring and Dyeing of T/C,CVC
【摘要】 本文介绍了T/C、CVC针织物短流程练染同浴工艺,分析了该工艺中的两个关键因素,配套助剂TF-260S和耐碱氧的分散染料。应用该工艺能明显缩短工艺流程,降低能耗,节省成本。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces short process of one-bath scouring and dyeing of T/C,CVC,analyzing two key factor of the process,that is,special auxiliary TF-260S and alkali-hydrogen peroxide resistant disperse dyes.This method significantly shortens the process,cuts energy consumption,and lowers the cost.
