压气机静叶调节数字电子控制器设计和应用研究

【摘要】 介绍了压气机静叶调节数字电子控制器的设计和工程应用情况。简要阐述了该控制器的硬件结构、软件架构,着重介绍了静叶调节数字电子控制器硬、软件设计及调试中遇到的问题和解决办法。该控制器在某压气机试验中得到了验证。结果显示,该控制器精度高、响应快、控制效果较好。

【Abstract】 This paper introduced design and application of a digital electronic controller used for compressor vane adjustment.The hardware and software structures of controller were introduced,and the hardware design and software design were discussed in detail.The problems encountering in tests have been solved.The controller has been validated in compressor test.Testing results showed that the controller was of high precision,quick response,and good effect.
