黄河河道内生态环境需水量分析

【摘要】 依据黄河流域水资源综合规划初步成果,分析计算了黄河利津、河口镇断面生态环境需水量,并通过各水平年供需分析计算,研究了黄河河道内生态环境需水量供需情况。黄河河道内生态环境需水量包括汛期输沙水量和非汛期生态基流,在满足汛期输沙和非汛期生态基流情况下,其他生态环境需水可以得到满足;在黄河资源性缺水情况下河道内外都缺水是合理的;汛期输沙水量有较大缺口,应采取多种措施予以缓解。

【Abstract】 Based on the results of comprehensive water resources planning in the Yellow River Basin,the eco-environmental water demand of Lijin and Hekouzheng sections in the Yellow River is analyzed.By calculation of water supply and demand in planning year,the situation of supply and demand eco-environmental water of the Yellow River is put forward.The research indicates that the eco-environmental water demand includes water requirement for sediment transport in flood season and ecological basic flow in non-flood season,and on the condition that both of them are satisfied,other eco-environmental water demands can be met;under the shortage of water resources,water shortage both in and out of river channel is reasonable in the Yellow River;water deficit for sediment transport in flood season should be mitigated by various measures.
