集对分析多元模糊模型在灌区评价中的应用

【摘要】 灌区水利现代化综合评价涉及经济、社会、技术、资源与生态环境等多方面,影响因素多样化、关系非线性化、不确定性复杂化。应用集对分析多元模糊评价模型(MFSPAFM),选择农村经济发展水平、安全保障水平、灌溉排水生产条件、水利科技现代化水平、农村生活用水指标、农村生态环境指标和管理队伍及管理现代化水平等7个指标,对2008年黄河下游某灌区水利现代化水平进行了评价,并与常规集对分析模型评价结果进行了比较。结果表明:常规集对分析模型没考虑更优指标对同一度的影响,而MFSPAFM模型计算过程简洁,能够真实地反映灌区水利现代化状况,评价结果更符合客观实际。

【Abstract】 With various influencing factors,non-linear relations,complex uncertainty,the comprehensive evaluation on water conservancy modernization in the irrigation area is involved in economy,society,technology,resources and ecological environment,etc.The "Multi-factors Set Pair Analysis Fuzzy Evaluation Model"(MFSPAFM) is applied to make evaluations on the water conservancy modernization in a particular irrigation area in the lower Yellow River in 2008 and make a comparison with the evaluation result of the regular set pair analysis model,based on seven indexes: economic development level in rural areas,safety protection level,irritation drainage production conditions,modernization level of the water conservancy science and technology,domestic water in rural areas,ecological environment in rural areas,managerial team and modernization level.The result indicates that the regular set pair analysis model doesn’t consider the influence of superior index on the identity degree,while the MFSPAFM,with concise calculation process and more practical evaluation result,can reflect the real water conservancy modernization level in the irrigation area.
