纳米SiO2对水工混凝土耐久性影响试验研究

【摘要】 纳米SiO2是一种具有表面效应、小尺寸效应和宏观量子隧道效应等特殊性能的新材料。采用影响水工混凝土耐久性因素的对比试验,分析了纳米SiO2对水工混凝土抗裂、抗渗、抗冻等性能的影响及作用机理。结果表明:纳米SiO2可以改善混凝土的微观结构和综合性能,能够封堵混凝土内部孔隙,增强其抗裂性,提高混凝土抗渗、抗冻、抗化学侵蚀、抗冲磨等性能,从而提高水工混凝土的耐久性。

【Abstract】 Nano-SiO2 is the new material which has particular properties,such as surface effect,small size effect and macro quantum tunnel effect and so on.The performance and mechanism of nano-SiO2 on crack resistance,impermeability,frost resistance of hydraulic concrete are analyzed.The results show that nano-SiO2 has an evident improvement on concrete microstructure and the whole performances.Nano-SiO2 can seal the holes of concrete.The durability of hydraulic concrete is improved by improving the properties of crack resistance,impermeability,frost resistance,resistance to chemical attack and anti-erosion of concrete.
