集流器改造对电站离心风机性能的影响
INFLUENCE OF FLOW COLLECTOR RETROFIT UPON PERFORMANCE OF CENTRIFUGAL AIR FANS
【摘要】 采用数值模拟的方法研究某电厂离心风机运行性能偏低的原因。研究表明:集流器对叶轮内部的气动流场影响很大,集流器与叶轮不匹配会影响到风机的实际性能;实际集流器与设计集流器结构存在偏差,这是造成风机运行性能偏低的主要原因。集流器改造后,风机运行性能达到了设计值。
【Abstract】 Adopting the numerical simulation method,the causes leading to low performance in operation of centrifugal air fans in one power plant has been studied.The study shows that the influence of flow collector upon the aerodynamic flow field inside the impeller is very large.The bad matching between the flow collector and the impeller can affect the actual performance of air fans,the deviation existing in structures of actual flow collector and designed flow collector is the main cause resulting in low performance in operation of air fans.After retrofitting the flow collector,the performance of air fans in operation reaches the designed value.
