基于SAP的火电厂数字化煤场管理系统的开发及应用

【摘要】 基于SAP标准的管理理念及软件架构,开发了火电厂燃煤管理信息系统。通过燃料的进、耗、存、量、质的动态实时管理,实现了优化进煤、准确计量、合理堆取、动态展示、燃煤掺配及在线燃烧预测等功能。该系统的应用可大大改善火电厂入炉煤质严重偏离设计值、入厂入炉煤热值差大、锅炉效率低等问题,从而满足锅炉燃烧的需要,实现了发电厂对燃料的优化控制。

【Abstract】 Based on the management idea and software frame structure in SAP standard,a management information system for fuel coal in thermal power plants has been developed.Through dynamic real-time management of incoming,comsuming,storing,quantity,and quality of fuel coal,many functions of said system,such as optimized coal-incoming,accurately measuring,reasonably piling and taking away,dynamic demonstrating,fuel coal blending,as well as on-line combustion predicting etc.,have been realized.The application of said system can greatly improve serious deviation of the furnace-entering coal quality in thermal power plant from the designed value,and the problem of low boiler efficiency due to large difference in calorific values of the plant-incoming coal and the furnace-entering coal,thereby the requirement of combustion in boiler can be satisfied,realizing effectively the optimized control of fuel used in thermal power plants.
