钢塑复合管在长距离输水工程中的应用
Application of steel-plastic composite pipe in long distance water conveyance project
【摘要】 为了对长距离输水工程中常用的各种管材的特点、水力性能、造价等多方面进行综合比较分析,以北京延庆平原区地表水供水工程为设计实例,详细分析了钢塑复合管在长距离输水工程中的水力性能及优势。并介绍了钢塑复合管的分类及其性能特点。结合理论公式推导,得出了长距离输水管材的糙率与管路沿程损失的关系式,最终得出钢塑复合管在继承钢管优点的同时,还具有糙率小、防腐性能优良、水力性能好等优点,可以推荐为长距离输水工程的优选管材。
【Abstract】 In order to comprehensively compare different pipes commonly applied in the long distance water conveyance project,the hydraulic performances and advantages of steel-plastic composite pipe are analyzed in detail taking the surface water supply project in Yanqing Plain of Beijing as an example.The characteristics and classification of steel-plastic composite pipe are also introduced.The correlation equation between roughness coefficient of pipe material and the head loss of pipes is derived by theoretical formula.It is shown that the steel-plastic composite pipe can be applied in the long distance water conveyance project due to its performance of low roughness coefficient,excellent corrosion resistance and good hydraulic performance.
