【摘要】 为支持上海市经济社会的新一轮发展,根据上海河网特点以及国内外相关理论、方法,立足全市相关水利规划成果,通过定性与定量分析相结合的方法,提出了上海市骨干河湖的概念和布局。明确了上海市骨干河湖分主干、次干两级。并通过5个参数的量化分析成果,充分说明了骨干河湖的骨干性、控制性和兼容性。研究成果对河道及外围闸泵的建设及管理有一定的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to support the new round of development of economy and society in Shanghai City,based on the relative achievement of water resources planning in Shanghai,we give the concept and layout of key rivers and lakes in the city by using qualitative and quantitative methods,according to the characteristics of river network and the relative domestic and foreign theories and methods.The key rivers and lakes in Shanghai can be divided into two levels,namely primary and secondary.And their mainstay function,controllability and compatibility are explained through the quantitative analysis of 5 parameters,which has guiding significance to the construction and management of river channel and peripheral gates and pumps.更多还原
