冷剪机润滑系统在线监测方案设计

【摘要】 根据冷剪机润滑系统的要求,设计冷剪机润滑系统的在线监测方案,其中采用图尔克流量传感器检测冷剪机系统高速轴润滑油的流量,以保证轴上的齿轮和轴承的有效润滑;采用铂电阻温度传感器检测冷剪机系统低速轴的轴瓦温度和系统回油温度,设置温度超过正常工作温度10℃时报警。系统运行结果表明,监控流量和温度的变化均在正常范围内,大大降低因润滑不良造成的烧瓦和齿轮啮合处润滑油膜过小造成的齿轮润滑失效现象,延长棒材生产线的安全运行时间。

【Abstract】 According to requirement of the lubrication system in cold cutting machine,the monitoring system of cold cutting machine was designed.Truck sensors was used to detect the oil flow of the high speed axis of cold cutting machine,and to ensure the lubrication of the gearing and bearings.Temperature sensors of Pak resistance was used to detect the temperature of bearing sleeve and back oil of the low speed axis of cold cutting machine,and the alert temperature was set beyond normal temperature of 10 ℃.Applications of the system show that the changes of flow and temperature are in the normal range,and the bad results of bearing scuffing for bad lubrication and lubricating failure for thin oil film at the meshing of the gear are greatly reduced.
