广东省不同产地南板蓝根解热、抗炎、免疫调节效应的对比研究
Comparative Study on Antipyretic Effects,Anti-inflammation,Immunoregulation of Radix Isatidis Grown in Different Regions of Guangdong Province
【摘要】 目的:对比研究广东省江门、湛江、梅州、韶关四地所产南板蓝根解热、抗炎、免疫调节效应的异同。方法:观察上述来源南板蓝根对内毒素致发热大鼠体温,二甲苯致耳肿胀小鼠耳片肿胀度,大鼠棉球肉芽肿重量,环磷酰胺致小鼠免疫抑制脾脏、胸腺指数的影响。结果:江门、湛江、韶关产南板蓝根能显著降低发热大鼠的体温(P<0.05,P<0.01);四地所产南板蓝根均可显著降低小鼠耳肿胀度(P<0.01),湛江、韶关产南板蓝根均可显著降低大鼠棉球肉芽肿干重(P<0.01);韶关、湛江、江门产南板蓝根能提高小鼠脾脏指数(P<0.01),韶关、湛江产南板蓝根能提高小鼠胸腺指数(P<0.05,P<0.01)。四地所产南板蓝根的解热、抗炎、免疫调节综合效应强度为韶关>湛江>江门>梅州。结论:广东省四地所产南板蓝根均具有一定的解热、抗炎、免疫调节效应;其中以韶关产药理作用最强、梅州产最弱。
【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the differences of antipyretic effects,anti-inflammation,immunoregulation of Radix Isatidis grown in Jiangmen,Zhanjiang,Meizhou,Shaoguan of Guangdong province.Methods:We observed the effects of Radix Isatidis grown in different places on body temperature of lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced fever rats,mice auricular edema induced by dimethylbenzene,the mass of tampon-induced granuloma in rats,and spleen index and thymus index in cyclophosphamide(CTX)-induced immunosuppression mice.Results:Radix Isatidis grown in Jiangmen,Zhanjiang,Shaoguan had obvious antipyretic effect on rats(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01),and Radix Isatidis from the four regions markedly reduced the auricular edema in mice(P < 0.01).Zhanjiang and Shaoguan Radix Isatidis could decrease dry weight of granuloma in rats(P < 0.01).Radix Isatidis grown in Shaoguan,Zhanjiang and Jiangmen could increase spleen index(P < 0.01),Shaoguan and Zhanjiang Radix Isatidis could increase thymus index(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).The intensity of antipyretic effect,anti-inflammatory,immunoregulation of Radix Isatidis was in decreasing sequence in Shaoguan,Zhanjiang,Jiangmen and Meizhou.Conclusion:Radix Isatidis grown in Jiangmen,Zhanjiang,Meizhou,Shaoguan of Guangdong province has certain antipyretic effect,anti-inflammation and immunoregulation.Of them,Shaoguan Radix Isatidis has the best effect,and Meizhou Radix Isatidis is the last one.
