【摘要】 目的:观察五苓散对肝硬化门脉高压患者血流动力学的影响。方法:将50例患者随机分成治疗组20例、对照组20例及常规组10例。常规组采用肝安注射液及护肝药治疗,不加利尿剂和降门脉压药物。对照组在常规组的基础上加心得安、鲁南欣康治疗。治疗组在常规组的基础上加五苓散治疗。3组均治疗20天。观察治疗前后门脉血液流变学指标门静脉内径(Dpv)、脾静脉内径(Dsv)和门静脉最大血流速度(Vpv)、脾静脉最大血流速度(Vsv),并计算出门静脉血流量(Qpv)、脾静脉血流量(Qsv)。结果:治疗后对照组、治疗组Dpv、Dsv、Qpv、Qsv分别与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组改善更为显著,与对照组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:五苓散具有降低肝硬化门脉高压的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Wuling Powder on hemodynamics in hepatic cirrhosis patients with portal hypertension(PHT).Methods:Fifty cases were randomly divided into three groups.The routine group(n=10) was treated with Gan’an injection and routine liver-aid drugs,the control group(n=20) was treated with propranolol Tablets and Elantan 20 Tablets on the basis of treatment for the routine group,and the treatment group(n=20) received Wuling powder on the basis of the treatment for the routine group.The treatment lasted 20 days.Inner diameter of the portal vein(Dpv),inner diameter of the splenic vein(Dsv),maximum flow rate of the portal vein(Vpv),maximum flow rate of the splenic vein(Vsv) were observed before and after treatment.Then the volume of portal vein blood flow(Qpv) and the volume of splenic vein blood flow(Qsv) were calculated.Results:After treatment,Dpv,Dsv,Qpv and Qsv in the treatment group and the control group were decreased(P < 0.05 compared with those before treatment).The improvement in the treatment group was obvious than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Wuling powder can relieve the high-pressure of portal vain in hepatic cirrhosis effectively.更多还原
