60Co辐射诱变新菌株姬松茸J5产质量的评价

【摘要】 对60Co辐射诱变新菌株姬松茸J5的各潮次子实体产量、农艺性状和各类氨基酸总量的遗传效应进行研究。结果表明,诱变新菌株姬松茸J5的第1~4潮子实体产量和农艺性状(依次为朵重、盖重量、盖直径、盖厚度、柄直径和盖高度)平均分别比原菌株J1的高26.01%、6.57%、10.78%和14.41%,82.81%、76.45%、82.56%和36.84%,161.84%、122.70%、13.73%和81.23%,36.34%、50.21%、69.04%和51.73%,30.00%、61.61%、50.83%和55.77%,25.60%、49.56%、25.55%和22.13%,26.18%、29.47%、33.33%和18.84%,差异达到极显著或显著水平。原菌株J1的第1潮菇、第2潮菇、第3潮菇和第4潮菇子实体的平均柄长度分别比辐射诱变新菌株姬松茸J5的长43.52%、56.84%、27.44%和43.02%,差异达到极显著水平。诱变新菌株姬松茸J5在各类氨基酸总量方面优于原菌株J1,大多数氨基酸总量之间差异达到显著或极显著水平。说明60Co辐射诱变新菌株姬松茸J5产质量的遗传效应稳定。

【Abstract】 The fruit body yield,agronomic characters and total amounts of different kinds of amino acids in 60Co-radiated mutant J5 of Agaricus blazei in different four flushes were studied.The results showed that the fruit body yield,agronomic character(single fruit body weight,pileus weight,pileus diameter,pileus thick,stalk diameter and pileus height)of 60Co-radiated mutant J5 were higher than the relative indices of its original strain J1 of Agaricus blazei in 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th flushes by 26.01%,6.57%,10.78% and 14.41%;82.81%,76.45%,82.56% and 36.84%;161.84%,122.70%,13.73% and 81.23%;36.34%,50.21%,69.04% and 51.73%;30.00%,61.61%,50.83% and 55.77%;25.60%,49.56%,25.55% and 22.13%;26.18%,29.47%,33.33% and 18.84%,respectively and reached very significant levels;the average stalk length of original strain J1 of Agaricus blazei in 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th flushes was longer than the stalk length of 60Co-radiated mutant J5 by 43.52%,56.84%,27.44% and 43.02%,and reached very significant levels;in total amounts of different kinds of amino acids,60Co-radiated mutant J5 was better than the original strain J1 of Agaricus blazei and the differences of most kinds of amino acids between the two strains reached significant or very significant levels.These results revealed that the genetic effection of fruit body yield and quality of 60Co-radiated mutant J5 was stable.
