【摘要】 目的分析比较三种乙型肝炎表面抗原检测试剂在血液筛查中的应用价值。方法采用试剂厂家提供的ELISA试剂(两步法)、进口试剂和国产ELISA试剂(一步法)对3600份无偿献血标本进行平行实验,对单试剂筛查为HBsAg阳性的样本进行确证实验。结果以进口试剂为对比试剂,评估国产ELISA试剂(两步法)的灵敏度、特异度和符合率分别为96.12%、99.63%和99.28%,国产ELISA一步法的灵敏度、特异度和符合率分别为90.86%、98.92%和98.11%。结论应选择高灵敏度的试剂,以提高乙肝表面抗原的检出率,保障临床用血安全和提高临床乙肝的确诊率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and compare the blood screening application value of three HBsAg testing reagents.Methods We conducted parallel experiments on the 3 600 donated blood samples using ELISA reagents provided by one manufacturer(two-step method),imported reagents and the ELISA reagents(one-step method),and then performed the confirmation test on HBsAg-positive samples.Results Using the imported reagent as control reagent,the sensitivity,the specificity and coincidence rate of the assessed reagents(two-step method) were 96.12%,99.63% and 99.28%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and coincidence rate of ELISA reagents(one-step method) were 90.86%,98.92% and 98.11%,respectively.Conclusion To ensure the clinical safety of donated blood,highly sensitive reagents should be selected to improve the clinical detection rate of HBsAg.更多还原
