【摘要】 目的探讨血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)/血管紧张素受体拮抗剂(ARB)对心房颤动(AF)患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平的影响及其临床意义。方法选取心功能l～4级AF患者126例,采用干性免疫法测定患者AF发作时血浆BNP浓度,将患者分为使用ACEI/ARB组(62例)和未使用ACEI/ARB组(64例),比较分析两组血浆BNP浓度的差异。结果使用ACEI/ARB组患者AF发作时血浆BNP水平为(242.31±182.15)pg/ml,明显低于未使用ACEI/ARB组的(453.84±365.57)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ACEI/ARB对AF患者血浆BNP水平有一定的影响,提示ACEI/ARB可能干扰临床医生根据BNP水平变化对AF、心衰等情况作出评估。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of ACEI/ARB on the level of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in patient with atrial fibrillation (AF) and explore its clinical significance.Methods 126 AF patients with cardiac function between grade 1-4 were selected in this study.The levels of plasma BNP were determined using immunoassay.The AF patients were divided into 2 groups:ACEI/ARB treatment group (62 cases) and non-ACEI/ARB treatment group (64 cases).Results The level of plasma BNP[(242.31±182.15)pg/mL] in ACEI/ARB treatment group was significantly lower than the non-treatment group [(453.84±365.57)pg/ml],P<0.05.Conclusion ACEI/ARB has a significant influence on the plasma level of BNP in patients with AF,indicating that ACEI/ARB may interfere with the clinical assessment,such as the assessment of congestive heart failure.更多还原
