【摘要】 目的探讨不同年龄段健康人群的诱导痰细胞比例是否存在差异,进一步完善诱导痰细胞分类的正常值。方法将96例年龄介于10～73岁的健康受试者分为4个年龄组(<19岁,19～岁,40～岁,>59岁)。对健康受试者行3%的高渗盐水雾化痰诱导试验,检测痰标本的细胞分类情况,并进行统计分析。结果小于19岁的健康人痰细胞以巨噬细胞为主(87.50%),中性粒细胞次之(11.00%);随着年龄的增长,痰中性粒细胞比例逐渐升高;大于59岁的健康人痰中性粒细胞比例为73.50%,巨噬细胞比例下降为24.38%。各年龄段中性粒细胞和巨噬细胞比例差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),而嗜酸性粒细胞及淋巴细胞的比例在各组间无显著差异。痰中性粒细胞比例的增加与年龄的增长呈正相关(r=0.845,P<0.001),巨噬细胞比例的变化则与受试者的年龄呈负相关(r=-0.842,P<0.001)。结论不同年龄段的健康人群诱导痰细胞比例存在差异,随年龄的增长,中性粒细胞比例不断增高。涉及痰细胞比例的相关研究需要考虑年龄因素造成的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study was undertaken to assess whether there are age-related differences differential cell counts in sputum in normal healthy volunteers.Methods A total of 96 healthy volunteers(age range:10 to 73 years) were divided into 4 groups.Sputum samples induced with 3% hypertonic saline were collected and performed differential cell counts.Results Analysis of the sputum revealed that the mean neutrophil differential increased from 11.00% in the group of subjects who were <19 years of age to 73.50% in the group of subjects who were > 59 years of age,and the percentage of macrophage decreased from 87.50% to 24.38%,but no difference was seen for any other cell type.Sputum neutrophil counts were found to correlate significantly with the age of the volunteers(r= 0.845,P<0.001).Macrophage counts showed a proportionate,inverse correlation with increasing age(r=-0.842,P<0.001).Conclusion There are age-related differences in sputum differential cell counts in a population of healthy volunteers,the induced sputum differential neutrophil count increased significantly with age.These findings highlight the importance of age-related differences in the research.更多还原
