【摘要】 目的评价中药治疗偏头痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、维普中文期刊数据库、万方学术期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统(CBM)、中国生物医学期刊引文数据库(CMCI/CMCC整合版)、中医药在线数据库,检索2000年1月—2009年12月10年间的相关文献,收集中药治疗偏头痛的随机对照试验(RCTs)。按纳入排除标准筛选试验、评价研究质量、提取有效数据,并采用RevMan5.0进行统计分析。结果最终纳入20个RCT评价中药与西药在偏头痛疗效方面的差异,Meta分析显示:有效率[RR=1.22,95%CI(1.15,1.29),P<0.01],差异有统计学意义。敏感性分析表明评价结果稳定。漏斗图显示不对称,提示纳入评价的文献存在发表性偏倚。结论中药治疗偏头痛有效,但由于本系统评价纳入研究的方法学质量较低,尚需开展更多设计合理、执行严格的多中心大样本且随访时间足够长的随机对照试验验证其疗效及安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in treating migraine.Methods We searched CNKI,VIP,WanFang,CBM,CMCI/CMCC and TCM online(2000 to 2009) for randomized control trials about TCM to treat migraine.Trial screening,quality assessment,and data extract were conducted.Statistical analysis was conducted by using RevMan 5.0 software.Results A total of 20 randomized controlled trials(RCTs) were included.Meta-analysis showed that:the effective rates [RR=1.22,95%CI(1.15,1.29),P<0.01],between the two groups are significantly different.Sensitivity analysis showed the result is stable.Funnel plot is asymmetric that indicates publication bias.Conclusion TCM is effective in the treatment of migraine,more large-scale multi-center randomized trials are needed.更多还原
