【摘要】 目的探讨艾滋病合并播散性马尔尼菲青霉菌病感染的胸部影像学表现的特点。方法回顾性分析102例艾滋病合并马尔尼菲青霉菌感染者的胸部X线片表现。结果胸部X线片有病变的102例中,两肺病变91例,单侧肺病变7例,单纯纵膈肿大3例,单纯胸腔积液1例;肺部病灶多位于中下肺,可伴有肺上部病变,但是没有单纯的上肺部病变。病灶改变主要表现为小片状、磨玻璃状、片絮状、肺门增大、纵膈增大增宽、胸腔积液、结节状、粟粒状、空洞等,分别有50例、26例、16例、32例、3例、18例、16例、6例、8例。结论艾滋病合并马尔尼菲青霉菌感染者的胸部影像表现为多样性,仅凭影像学难以作出诊断,容易误诊。有艾滋病基础的患者,其胸部影像学的诊断需慎重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the chest radiographic features of disseminated Penicilliosis marneffei in AIDS patients.Methods A retrospective analysis of 102 AIDS patients complicated with Penicillium marneffei infection in the chest X-ray findings was conducted.Results Chest X-ray showed that lungs lesions occurred to 91 cases,seven cases had unilateral lung lesions,mediastinal nodes alone was noted in 3 cases and a simple pleural effusion was observed in 1 case.Lung lesions were located in the lower lung.The observed lesions mainly manifesting small pieces,grinding glassy,film flocculent,increased hilar,mediastinal widening,pleural effusion disappeared or costophrenic angle,nodular,miliary,hollow,thicker texture,etc.were noticed in 50,26,16,32,3,18 s,16,6 and 8 cases.Conclusion The imageological features of AIDS patietns complicated with Penicillium marneffei infection is diverse.Thus diagnosis wiith aid of chest imaging alone should be carefull.更多还原
