【摘要】 目的探讨¹²⁵I粒子植入治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤的疗效及安全性。方法通过专用三维立体定向治疗计划系统（TPS）及影像学精确定位,经组织间按计划适形,均匀分布地将¹²⁵I放射性粒子植入到肿瘤组织内。结果 32例患者,完全缓解（CR）7例,部分缓解（PR）22例、没变化（NC）2例、进展（PD）1例。结论 ¹²⁵I粒子植入作为常规放化疗治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤的一种补充治疗手段,局部控制率高,创伤小,安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To exploring the therapeutic effect and safety of ¹²⁵I seed implantation in treatment of head and neck cancer patients.Methods Three-dimensional treatment planning system and fine position by radiology was applied to modulate cancer region,averagely administrate ¹²⁵I seed into tissues of cancer patients.Results A total of 32 patients were included,7 of them was complete response,22 of them was partial response,2 of them was no change and 1 of them was progressive.Conclusion ¹²⁵I as a supplementary therapy for treatment of head and neck cancer after standardized chemotherapy showed better characteristics in region management,minimal vasiveness and safety.更多还原
