【摘要】 目的探讨寻常型银屑病中基质金属蛋白酶2、9(MMP-2,MMP-9)的表达水平及表达模式。方法用ABC免疫组化技术检测19例寻常型银屑病皮损、15例寻常型银屑病非皮损及15例正常人皮肤组织中MMP-2、MMP-9的表达水平及表达模式。结果 MMP-2及MMP-9主要表达于表皮各层的角质形成细胞胞浆内。MMP-2及MMP-9在寻常型银屑病皮损表达阳性率分别为100%及100%,在寻常型银屑病非皮损表达阳性率分别为13.33%及25.00%,在正常皮肤表达阳性率分别为6.67%及0%。MMP-2及MMP-9在寻常型银屑病皮损、非皮损及正常皮肤组织中表达的阳性率的差异有非常显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 MMP-2及MMP-9的表达异常可能与寻常型银屑病的发病有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To investigate the expression and significance of matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP-2)and matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9) in psoriasis vulgaris patiens.Methods The expressions of MMP-2、MMP-9 were observed by ABC imunohistochemiccal techique in 19 psoriasis vulgaris cases with skin lesions,15 psoriasis vulgaris cases without skin lesions and 15 skin of health control.Results MMP-2 and MMP-9 were localized within cytoplasm of epidermal keratinocytes.Expressive rate of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in lesion of psoriasis were 100% and100%,respectively.Expressive rate of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in non-lesion skin of psoriasis were 13.33% and 25.00%,respectively.Expressive rate of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in skin of health control were 6.67% and 0%,respectively.Expressive rate of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in lesion of psoriasis were significantly higher than that without skin lesion and health controls(P<0.01).Conclusion Expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 relate to the pathogenesis in psoriasis vulgaris.更多还原
