日本血吸虫不同感染度家兔抗体水平与肝脏病变的研究

【摘要】 目的观察日本血吸虫不同感染度家兔血清抗体水平与肝脏病理的变化。方法 1号和2号家兔分别感染600±10条和1200±10条日本血吸虫尾蚴。感染后第70天,用间接血凝试验(IHA)和环卵沉淀试验(COPT)检测抗体水平;显微镜观察肝脏的病理变化。结果 1号兔和2号兔IHA滴度分别为1:2560和1:10240;环沉率(COPR)分别为40%和56%。1号兔肝脏轻度肿大,肝表面布满灰白色粟粒样虫卵结节;镜下见较多的虫卵肉芽肿,间质纤维化。2号兔肝脏中度肿大,肝表面布满直径>2mm灰白色虫卵结节;镜下除了虫卵肉芽肿外,间质纤维组织增生,纤维间隔增宽,假小叶形成。结论日本血吸虫病家兔血清抗体水平和肝脏损害的程度与感染血吸虫荷显著相关。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the antibody levels in serum and liver pathology changes of rabbits with different infection intensities of Schistosoma japonicum.Methods The rabbit No.l was infected with 600 + 10 S.japonicum cercariae,and No.2 with 1200±10.70 days after infection,antibody levels were detected with the indirect hemagglutination assay(IHA) and the circumoval precipitate test(COPT),and liver damage were observed.Results IHA titer of rabbit No.l and 2 were 1:2 560 and 1:10 240,respectively.Circumoval precipitin rate(COPR) was 40%and 56%,respectively.The liver of rabbit No.l was mild enlargement,and gray millet grain egg nodules covered on surface.More egg granuloma and interstitial fibrosis were observed in liver section.The liver of rabbit No.2 was moderate enlargement,the liver surface covered with wliite egg nodules and the diameter was more than 2mm.Besides egg granuloma,interstitial fibrosis,widened fibrous septa and the formation of false lobules were observed.Conclusion Schistosomiasis rabbit serum antibody level and degree of liver damage are significant related with infection intensities of S.japonicum.
