【摘要】 目的研制杀灭血吸虫尾蚴的环保型的氯硝柳胺缓释球。方法新工艺中去掉了原配方中的酚醛树脂漆,省去了包衣的工序,简化工艺流程;研制生产标准化的缓释球的机器。结果改进制备缓释球的工艺后,生产出了标准化的氯硝柳胺缓释球,提高工效37.5%,降低生产成本20.83%。工艺改进前后缓释球现场灭蚴效果差异无显著性意义(x~2=0.072,P>0.05)。结论改进后的环保型氯硝柳胺缓释球与原缓释球比较,仍然保持了灭蚴的良好效果,值得现场推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop niclosamide slow release ball for killing Schistosoma japonicum cercaria with environmental protection.Methods For the new production technique,the phenol aldehyde resin varnish was removed,the coating procedure was omitted,and the machine to produce standardized slow release ball was developed.Results By improving the production technique,the work efficiency was increased by 37.5%,the production cost was reduced by 20.83%.There was no remarkable difference for killing cercaria before and after technique innovation.Conclusion The niclosamide slow release ball after technique innovation still has good effect for killing Schistosoma japonicum cercaria,and it is suggested that the drug should be applied widely in the field.更多还原
