热处理对15%热变形低铬耐磨铸铁冲击韧度的影响

【摘要】 采用金相显微镜﹑扫描电镜和冲击试验研究了热处理对经970℃15%热变形的低铬耐磨铸铁冲击韧度的影响。结果表明,15%热变形低铬耐磨铸铁经970℃保温3 h正火后,可获得较高的冲击韧度,但其硬度变化不大。

【Abstract】 Effect of heat treatment on impact toughness of low chromium wear resistant cast iron hot deformed by 15% at 970 ℃ was investigated by means of optical microscope,SEM and impact test.The results show that impact toughness of the cast iron was improved through normalization at 970 ℃ for 3 h with little change in hardness.
