【摘要】 通过能谱分析和拉伸蠕变试验研究了热处理工艺对1.8Re-4.0W镍基单晶合金性能的影响。试验结果表明,合金的最佳固溶处理温度为1320℃;合金经1280℃×4 h空冷均匀化处理,1320℃×4 h空冷固溶处理,再1080℃×4 h空冷时效和870℃×8 h 3次时效后,在1072℃、137 MPa条件下的蠕变寿命达221 h。该合金在高温拉伸蠕变试验期间,γ’相沿垂直于应力轴方向形成N-型筏状结构。

【Abstract】 Effect of heat treatment process on properties of a 1.8Re-4.0W nickel-base mono-crystalline alloy was investigated by means of EDS and tensile creep test.The optimum heat treating process is follows: homogenizing at 1280 ℃for 4 h,and air cooling;solution treating at 1320 ℃for 4 h,and air cooling;first aging at 1080 ℃for 4 h,and air cooling;second aging at 870 ℃ for 8 h,and air cooling(three times).After being heat-treated by the above processes,the creep life of the alloy in testing at 1072 ℃ and under a stress of 137 MPa reached 221 h.During the high temperature tensile creep testing,γ′ phase in the alloy transformes into N-type raft-shaped structure distributed along the direction perpendicular to the stress axis.
