【摘要】 目的对UF-100尿沉渣分析仪检测尿白细胞、红细胞和管型三项主要指标进行性能评价。方法采用UF-100尿沉渣分析仪法和显微镜法分别检测了1000例患者的尿液标本,并进行了比较。结果 UF-100检测白细胞、红细胞和管型的灵敏度分别为97.3%、96.4%、95.3%;三者特异度分别为96.4%、88.1%、89.8%;假阳性率分为为3.6%、11.9%、10.2%;假阴性率分别为2.7%、3.6%、4.7%;诊断符合率分别为96.6%、90.2%、90.0%。结论 UF-100检测尿白细胞、红细胞和管型具有不同程度的阳性率,其中检测红细胞和管型假阳性率较高。因此,应该对三者任意阳性的标本必须用显微镜法确认,以保证检测结果的准确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The three main indexes(WBC,RBC and CAST) in urine detected by UF-100 were evaluated.Methods 1000 urine samples of patients were detected by UF-100 and microscope simultaneously and comparative study between them were carried out.Results The detection sensitivity of WBC,RBC,CAST by UF-100 was 97.3%,96.4% and 95.3%,respectively.The specificity was 96.4%,88.1% and 89.8%,respectively.The false positive rate was 3.6%,11.9% and 10.2%,respectively.The false negative rate was 2.7%,3.6% and 4.7%,respectively.The diagnostic accordance rate was 96.6%,90.2% and 90.0%,respectively.Conclusion The false positive rate at different degree was observed for detection of WBC,RBC and CAST,especially for the later two indexes.Therefore,all positive results of WBC,RBC and/or CAST must be determined by microscopy to assure veracity.更多还原
