【摘要】 目的:探讨自制疝环修补针在腹腔镜小儿斜疝高位结扎术中的临床应用的可行性。方法:2005年6月～2010年6月,我院对436例小儿斜疝采用自制疝环修补针代替雪撬针实施腹腔镜疝内环口高位结扎术。结果:436例均获得成功,手术时间单侧361例6～10min,嵌顿疝30例15～25min,双侧45例18～20min;术后未见有阴囊水肿及睾丸疼痛及缺血坏死。术后随访3～6个月320例,6～12个月56例,12～24个月40例,24～36个月20例,均获得成功,无复发。结论:自制疝环修补针可替代小儿疝内环口高位结扎专用的雪撬钩针,具有创伤小、恢复快、简便、经济、适合在所有基层医院推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To explore the feasibility of homemade hernia repair needle on laparoscopic high ligation of hernial sac in child patients.Methods:436 child patients with indirect hernia were underwent laparoscopic high ligation of hernial sac by homemade hernia repair needle instead of sled needle from June 2005 to June 2010.Results:All the 436 cases were accomplished successfully.The operative time is 6～10min in unilateral hernia(361cases),15～25min in incarcerated hernia(30 cases) and 18～20min in bilateral hernia(45 cases) respectively.Scrotal edema,testicular pain or ischemic necrosis were not occurred after operation.There were no recrudescence during the follow-up of 3～6months in 320 cases,12～24months in 40 cases 24～36 months in 20 cases.Conclusions:Homemade hernia repair needle instead of sled needle in high ligation of hernial sac in child patients was worth application in basic hospital,because of less traumatic,quick recovery,easy,and economic.更多还原
