50例股骨骨折患者的术后护理体会

【摘要】 近年来,由交通事故引起的股骨骨折已成为临床最为常见的骨科疾病,术后的功能恢复是个很重要的环节,稍不注意就会导致关节的僵硬和肌肉挛缩,股骨骨折患者由于手术创伤较大,往往害怕疼痛,不愿活动肢体,延误最佳功能锻炼期。因此指导骨折患者将伤肢进行主动和被动功能锻炼,促进患肢功能早日恢复,防止关节粘连有重要的临床意义。本文结合本院50例股骨骨折护理的案例,将护理体会总结如下。更多还原
