齐拉西酮治疗女性精神分裂症患者的临床观察

【摘要】 目的:了解齐拉西酮治疗女性精神分裂症患者疗效,体重变化及依从性。方法:选择30例女性精神分裂症患者,给予齐拉西酮治疗,疗程8周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS),副反应量表(TESS)及体重变化评定疗效及不良反应。结果:齐拉西酮有效率为86.7%,无明显增加体重,有直立性低血压、头晕、嗜睡等不良反应。结论:齐拉西酮治疗女性精神分裂症患者有效,不增加体重,不良反应少,依从性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:to understand ziprasidone treat women schizophrenia patients curative effect,weight change and compliance. Methods:select 30 cases of female patients with schizophrenia,give ziprasidone treatment,treatment 8 weeks.With the positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS),side effects scale(TESS) and weight change group.the efficacy and adverse reactions.Results:ziprasidone efficient, without obvious for 86.7%weight,orthostatic hypotension,dizziness,sleepiness and so on adverse reactions.Conclusion:ziprasidone treat women patients with schizophrenia,effective,not gain weight,fewer side effects,compliance.更多还原
