【摘要】 目的:探讨过伸过屈位功能摄片在腰椎不稳症X线诊断中的应用价值。方法:对151例有腰腿痛症状的患者进行过屈过伸腰椎侧位片检查,观察腰椎椎体向前及或向后移位、椎体间成角情况。结果:经Dupuis法测量,29例患者在腰椎侧位片示椎体前后缘连线光滑,在腰椎过屈或过伸侧位片示腰椎矢状位滑移>3mm或角度位移>10°。结论:过屈过伸位检查常能够发现常规腰椎正侧位及CT、MRI所不能显示的腰椎失稳和功能改变,对临床提供诊断治疗依据及治疗前后对于疗效的观察起到一定的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of flexion-extension radiography in the diagnosis of lumbar instability.Methods Flexion-extension lumbar spine radiography was performed on 151 patients with low back pain.The gliding of each lumbar vertebral body forward or backward,and the intervertebral angulation also evaluated.Results Under the Dupuis measuring method,29patients showed lumbar vertebral levels have greater than 3.0 mm or angular displacement have greater than 10°on the flexion-extension films which could not be seen on the conventional lumbar spine radiographs..Conclusion The flexion-extension radiography may reveal the lumbar instability and the limiation of lumbarmovement which could not be seen on the conventional lumbar spine radiographs、CT or MRI.It plays an important role not only in the observation of the lumbarmovement and the diagnosis of lumbar instability,but also in the evaluation of the functional improvement after the therapeutic measures.更多还原
