【摘要】 近年来,研究肿瘤微环境中各种细胞及分子对肿瘤转移的影响已经成为肿瘤研究领域的热点。本文在回顾了近年来此方面的主要进展的基础上,对主要细胞/分子影响肿瘤转移不同方面的机制及阐明不同成分之间及与肿瘤细胞之间相互作用的分子网络的意义予以论述,并对其可能对临床治疗策略的影响及对治疗效果的改善进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the study of tumor microenvironment,its cellular and molecular components,and how they can affect neoplastic progression toward metastasis,has become an emerging topic in cancer research.The findings presented in this review provide comprehensive evidence that the host components play an important role in initiation as well as accomplish the whole process of metastasis,elucidate the mechanisms of different cell types/molecules which affect different aspects of metastasis,emphasize the need to further unravel the complex molecular networks and cross talk between different components of the tumor microenvironment and the tumor cells itself.A better understanding of the mechanisms of interplay in tumor microenvironment may lead to improve efficacy of current therapeutic interventions with significant clinical impact.更多还原
