【Abstract】 Cognitive coaching as a supervision model is issued by two American scholars,Costa and Garmston.It has been applied in six of the seven continents,especially in American,while this model has been neglected by Chinese scholars and teachers,except for several in Taiwan district.So this thesis will introduce cognitive coaching on the aspects of theory and practice,for its further study and application in China.更多还原
