复合材料加筋壁板设计、分析与试验研究

【摘要】 由于复合材料加筋壁板结构具有整体成型性好、承载效率高、连接件数量少等诸多优势,所以在直升机/飞机的结构上获得了广泛的应用。本文主要针对典型纵向加筋壁板开展了设计、分析、工艺及试验研究,采用理论分析和试验研究相结合的方法,对两种典型加筋壁板的承载能力进行分析和验证。研究表明:在质量相同的情况下,T型加筋壁板比泡沫填充帽型加筋壁板有更高的承载能力。研究中开发应用了全新的复合材料非线性屈曲分析方法,为复合材料加筋壁板结构承载能力预测提供了一种新途径。研究成果为复合材料加筋壁板的设计提供了依据,为复合材料在未来中、重型直升机主承力结构上的应用储备了技术。

【Abstract】 Composite stiffened panel structure has integral molding,high efficiency,good load bearing connecting piece number and many other advantages,so it has widely applied in the helicopter aircraft structure.This article mainly aims at the design,analysis,process and experimental research on typical longitudinal stiffened panel,which analyzed and verified the bearing capacity of two kinds of typical stiffened panel by combining theoretical analysis and experimental study.Research has shown that type T stiffened panel has higher bearing capability than the foam filled hat stiffened panel under the same weight.A new composite nonlinear buckling analysis method were developed and applied in this research,which offers a new way in forecasting bearing capacity of composite stiffened panel structure.The research achievements offers new basis for the design of composite stiffened panel structure,as well as prepares the technology of composite material application to heavy helicopter main force bearing structure in the future.
