【Abstract】 Today the construction of foreign investment R&D center has gained some achievements,but the cooperation level of local enterprises in R&D with MNC is low,and the technological spillovers of foreign investment R&D center is very limited.Through the game model of cooperation mechanism of foreign R&D and local enterprises,this paper analyzes the correlative factors influencing R&D cooperation and put forward line of thoughts and suggestions for the cooperation between local enterprises and foreign R&D.更多还原
