【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening,Labor market of our country is developing rapidly,along with the upgrading of the industrial structure adjustment.At present,however,labor dispute happens frequently,labor relations grows complexity,owing to lack of legal and constitutional constrain.Collective negotiation system is an important means of adjusting labor relations in our country under the circumstance of market economy.Still this system is now in its primary stage,facing many difficulties and problems.更多还原
