【摘要】 目的探讨米非司酮+氨甲碟呤联合保守治疗异位妊娠的临床观察与护理。方法对2008年1月～2009年12月应用米非司酮+氨甲碟呤15例未破裂型异位妊娠进行临床观察与护理。结果在15例中保守治疗成功12例,2例峡部妊娠破裂,1例壶腹部妊娠破裂,成功率为80%。结论米非司酮+氨甲碟呤联合应用保守治疗未破裂型的异位妊娠疗效确切,速度快,用药简便,通过临床应用及护士精心护理是治疗取得成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the clinical observation and nursing care in expectant treatment of ectopic pregnancy medicated with mifepristone and methopterin.Methods Clinical observation and nursing care of unruptured ectopic pregnancy medicated with mifepristone and methopterin between January 2008 and December 2009.Results There were 12 successful cases in 15 cases were expectantly treated.2 ruptures in isthmic portion and one in pars ampullaris.The success furate was 80%.Conclusions Mifepristone and methopterin have certain and swift curative effect on expectant treatment of unruptured ectopic pregnancy.The pharmacy is simple and convenient.The clinical application and careful nursing are the keys to achieving success.更多还原
