【Abstract】 Objective: To study the decisive factor in the course of gallstone nucleation.Methods: Using infrared spectroscopy,qualitatively and semi-quantitatively analyze cholesterol content of different faults of the cholesterol stones.Results: cholesterol occurs only in the core calculus,and content decreases from the core to the surrounding and cholesterol does not appear in the outermost layer.Conclusion: cholesterol supersaturation plays a decisive role in the course of gallstone nucleation.更多还原
