【摘要】 采用问卷调查、专家访谈、文献资料和数理统计等方法,对我省十二所高校体育教育专业篮球专选课师资队伍进行研究。结果表明,教师数量基本能满足目前各院校篮球专选课教学的需要、教师学历以本科为主、职称结构基本合理、学缘结构够合理,高学历者比例较低,兼课多、工作量大,具有高水平运动员资格和教练员资格的教师队伍缺乏,应大力引进博士、硕士,鼓励年轻教师攻读学位,优化教师队伍结构,以促进我省体育教育篮球专选课教师队伍整体水平的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,methods such as questionnaire survey,talking,literature sources and statistics are used to research on basketball teachers of 12 colleges in Guizhou.The result shows that the number of teachers could satisfy the need of college basketball classes.Most of the teachers got bachelor’s degree and the structure of teaching status is quite reasonable.The proportion of those who receive higher education is relatively low and teachers have more classes,and there is a lack of teaching staff who are also athletes of high levels and coaches.The author thinks colleges should hire teachers with doctor’s and master’s degrees,encourage young teachers to study for degrees and optimize the structure of teachers,in this way the level of basketball teachers of Guizhou could be enhanced.更多还原
