【摘要】 目的:探讨宫颈癌组织VEGF-C的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用蛋白质印迹方法检测46例宫颈癌组织VEGF-C的表达。结果:蛋白质印迹法结果表明,在正常宫颈组织、癌旁组织和宫颈癌组织中VEGF-C的相对表达量依次增加,其灰度值的比值分别为0.83±0.15、1.05±0.18和1.36±0.16(P<0.05),并且VEGF-C的表达水平与宫颈癌分期有关,P<0.05。结论:VEGF-C在肿瘤组织中的表达高于正常组织和癌旁组织,VEGF-C的表达与宫颈癌发展有关,利用蛋白质印迹方法检测VEGF-C对判断宫颈癌生物学行为和预后可能具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To examine the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)-C in cervical cancer.METHODS: Using western blot method to analyze the VEGF-C protein expression in 46cases of human normal cervical tissues,adjacent tissues and cervical cancer tissues.RESULTS: Western blot results showed that the relative VEGF-C expression level was increased in cervical cancer tissues(0.83±0.15),adjacent tissues(1.05±0.18) and normal cervical tissues(1.36±0.16) in sequence(P<0.05).Furthermore the expression level of VEGF-C was related to FIGO stage(P<0.05).CONCLUSION: The expression of VEGF-C in cancer tissues is higher than that of normal tissues and adjacent tissues the expression of VEGF-C may relate with the development of cervical cancer,suggesting that detection of VEGF may be valuable in judging the biological behaviors and the prognosis of cervical cancer.更多还原
