肺癌组织Disabled-2与Axin的表达及临床意义

【摘要】 目的:分析Disabled-2(Dab2)和Axin在肺癌组织中的表达和相关性,及其与肺鳞癌和腺癌临床病理因素的关系。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测Dab2和Axin在110例肺鳞癌和腺癌组织中的表达情况。结果:在110例肺鳞癌和腺癌中,Dab2的表达(高表达21.82%、中等表达46.36%、低表达31.82%)低于癌旁正常肺组织(高表达58.24%、中等表达36.55%、低表达5.21%,P<0.001),并与肺癌的组织学分型有关,P<0.001。Dab2可在肺癌细胞核内表达,但表达率明显低于癌旁正常肺组织,并且与肺癌的分化程度相关,P=0.027。Axin的细胞质表达与肺癌的分化程度相关(P=0.032),而Axin的核表达与肺癌的腺癌组织学类型(P<0.001)和TNM分期(P=0.013)相关。Dab2在肺癌细胞质中的低表达与Axin的低表达显著相关(r=0.354,P<0.001),同时,Dab2的核表达也与Axin的核表达显著相关(r=0.399,P<0.001)。结论:Dab2在肺鳞癌和腺癌中表达明显减少。Dab2的核表达与肺癌的分化程度相关。Dab2和Axin在肺癌组织中可能具有协同表达的现象。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expressions and correlations of Disabled-2(Dab2) and Axin in lung cancers,and analyze their relationships with the clinicopathological parameters of lung squanous cell carcinomas and adenocarcinomas.METHODS: The expression patterns and levels of Dab2 and Axin were examined using immunohistochemistry in 110 lung squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma tissue samples.RESULTS: The expression rate of Dab2 was reduced significantly in lung cancers(high,21.82%;moderate,46.36% and low,31.82%) than in corresponding normal lung tissues(high,58.24%;moderate,36.55% and low,5.21%,P<0.001).The expression of Dab2 was associated with the histological type of lung cancers(P<0.001).The nuclear expression of Dab2 was observed in lung cancers.The nuclear expression rate of Dab2 was reduced in lung cancers than that in corresponding normal lung tissues,and was associated with the differentiation of lung cancers(P=0.027).The cytoplasmic expression of Axin was associated with the differentiation(P=0.032) of lung cancers.Meanwhile,the nuclear expression of Axin was associated with the histological type(P<0.001) and TNM stage(P=0.013) of lung cancers.The reduced expression of Dab2 was correlated with the reduced expression of Axin(r=0.354,P<0.001).The nuclear expression of Dab2 was also correlated with the nuclear expression of Axin in lung cancer tissues(r=0.399,P<0.001).CONCLUSIONS: The expression of Dab2 is reduced significantly in lung cancers.The nuclear expression of Dab2 is associated with the differentiation of lung cancers.Dab2 may concurrently express with Axin in lung cancers.
