【摘要】 目的:评价股前外侧皮瓣(ALT)修复头颈部缺损术后供区的功能,为选择ALT皮瓣修复头颈部软组织缺损提供理论依据。方法:应用问卷调查的方法随访2004-11-2008-05于中山大学肿瘤防治中心应用ALT皮瓣修复头颈部缺损的14例患者,评价手术对供区外观满意度、感觉及运动功能的影响。结果:所有患者供区伤口均能一期拉拢缝合,无明显近期并发症。所有患者术后下肢行走和上楼的运动功能均不受影响。42.9%(6/14)的患者对供区术后外观、感觉和运动均满意。57.1%(8/14)的患者对术后供区外观和感觉满意,女性患者的满意度较男性低,但差异无统计学意义。供区外观在不同年龄、皮瓣切取面积和穿支血管类型间无明显差异。结论:选择ALT皮瓣修复头颈部缺损对股部供区功能的影响有限,可以被患者接受。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the function of donor site,and provide the theoretical basis for the application of ALT flap in head and neck defects.METHODS: Questionnaire was used to follow up 14 patients with head and neck reconstruction using ALT flaps from November 2004 to May 2008 in Cancer Center of SUN Yat-sen University.The satisfaction of appearance,function of sensation and movement of the donor sites were evaluated.RESULTS: Donor site wounds were primarily closed in all patients without evident early complications.The movement function including walking and going upstairs was not influenced in all patients.A total of 42.9%(6/14) of patients answered satisfaction for appearance,sensation and movement altogether,and 57.1%(8/14) of patients satisfied with the appearance and sensation.Female patients had lower satisfaction in appearance and sensation than male,however there was no significant difference.The donor site appearance was not significantly different among the factors including age,flap area harvested and perforator types.CONCLUSION: The application of ALT flap in reconstruction of head and neck defects influences the function of donor site limitedly,and can be accepted by the patients.更多还原
