高温叶片钢2Cr10MoVNbN的应用性能研究

【摘要】 为了实现高温叶片钢2Cr10MoVNbN的国产化应用,从叶片的高温、高应力、高转速等严苛工况条件的角度,通过试验研究2Cr10MoVNbN钢的高温瞬时拉伸性能、疲劳性能、高温持久性能和物理性能等应用性能,并介绍了各种应用性能的理论基础和钢的强化机理。试验结果显示:1)随温度升高2Cr10MoVNbN钢的强度逐渐降低,在低温阶段延伸率和断面收缩率缓慢下降,在中温阶段塑性最差,进入高温阶段后随温度升高塑性大幅升高;2)2Cr10MoVNbN钢在高温下仍保持高的疲劳强度,疲劳性能优良;3)2Cr10MoVNbN钢的高温持久性能优良,在高温、长时条件下仍保持高的强度。试验证明2Cr10MoVNbN钢是一种理想的超临界、超超临界汽轮机高温叶片材料。

【Abstract】 This paper studies the application properties including high temperature tensile property,fatigue property,stress rupture property and physical property of 2Cr10MoVNbN steel trough property testing from the perspective of stringent working conditions of elevated temperature,high stress,and high revolution speed,in order to reach the goal of localized application of 2Cr10MoVNbN steel,and also introduces the theoretical foundation of all the application property and strengthening mechanism of the steel.The test results show that: 1) the strength of 2Cr10MoVNbN steel decreases as the test temperature being raised,and the ductility decreases slowly at the low temperature stage,and become the lowest at the middle temperature stage,and increases substantially as the temperature rising at high temperature stage;2) the fatigue property at high temperature of the steel is very good;3) the stress rupture property of the steel under the high temperature and long term test condition is very good.The tests demonstrate that 2Cr10MoVNbN steel is a desired material for high temperature blade for super-and ultra-super-critical steam turbines.
