某燃机压气机转子电子束焊接工艺研究
Research on the Electron Beam Welding Process of the Gas Turbine Compressor Rotor
【摘要】 针对具有代表性的压气机5~10级轮盘的焊接,论述了研制的方案及试验过程,并总结了最终实现6条焊缝一次性探伤合格的经验。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the research and manufacture scheme and test process for the representative compressor 5~10 stages disc welding,and makes a conclusion to how to realize one time NDT qualification for six welding lines.
