【摘要】 目的:探讨中医整体护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法:将40例COPD患者随机分为干预组和对照组各20例。干预组采用中医整体护理,对照组采用西医护理,分别统计两组COPD患者的6 min步行距离、干预前后症状评分、随访期症状评分、急性加重次数等数据并进行比较。结果:干预组在6 min步行距离、干预前后症状评分、随访期症状评分、急性加重次数与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医整体护理可提高COPD急性加重期住院患者的治疗疗效,缩短治疗时间,减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the application effect of the holistic nursing care following TCM theory in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods: 40 patients with COPD were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group(20 cases in each group).The holistic nursing care following TCM theory was applied in the intervention group and routine nursing care was used in the control group.The 6-minute walking distance,symptom scores before and after intervention,symptom scores during follow-up and the exacerbation frequency of the disease were statistically collected and compared between the two groups.Results: There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the 6-minute walking distance,symptom scores before and after intervention,symptom scores during follow-up and the exacerbation frequency of the disease between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The holistic nursing care following TCM theory can improve the curative effect,shorten the treatment time and reduce complications in the treatment of patients with COPD at the acute exacerbation time.更多还原
