【摘要】 目的:探讨护理干预对慢性乙肝患者抗病毒治疗依从性的影响。方法:将84例慢性乙肝患者随机均分为观察组和对照组各42例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后治疗依从性。结果:两组患者干预后治疗依从性比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:护理干预可有效提高慢性乙肝患者抗病毒治疗的依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the impact of nursing intervention on the antiviral treatment compliance of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods: 84 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into observation and control groups(42 cases for each group).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were provided nursing intervention based on routine nursing care.The treatment compliance was compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results: There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of the treatment compliance between the two groups after the intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion: Nursing intervention can improve the antiviral treatment compliance of patients with chronic hepatitis B.更多还原
