【摘要】 目的:探讨VELA呼吸机报警原因与患者安全的护理措施。方法:将2008年4月~2011年4月使用VELA呼吸机的住院患者120例分为对照组(实施安全护理措施前)和实验组(实施安全护理措施后)两组进行对比研究,加强报警识别,将出现呼吸机报警及呼吸机不良事件的原因分析,找出解决办法,实施患者安全护理措施,对比研究两组呼吸机报警次数和呼吸机不良事件发生情况及安全护理效果。结果:本组120例使用997 d VELA呼吸机的患者共报警次数1 270次,高级报警577次,中级报警506次,低级报警187次;呼吸机不良事件38次,对患者安全有影响12次。实验组呼吸机不良事件及对患者安全影响明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:报警对患者都有一定的危险性,处理不当,可导致患者病情加重或恶化,提醒护理人员对报警有高度的警觉,强化安全意识,储备补救措施,训练应急处置能力,一旦发生呼吸机报警,迅速识别正确处理,如在短时间内不能解除故障时,迅速先将人机分离,使用简易呼吸器,保证患者有效通气和安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the alarm identification of VELA ventilator and safe nursing measures.Methods: 120 hospitalized patients who used VELA ventilator from April 2008 to April 2011 were divided into a control group(care to implement safety measures) and an experimental group(experimental safety care measures).The alarm identification was enhanced and the causes of adverse events of VELA ventilator were analyzed;the times of alarm,the occurrence of adverse events of ventilator and safety of nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results: 120 patients used VELA ventilator for 997 days,the total number of alarm was 1270 times,the advanced alarm was 577 times,mid-level alarm 506 times and low alarm 187 times;adverse events of ventilator were 38 times and 12 times were effective.The adverse events of ventilator and influence on the safety of patients were significantly less in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Alarm indicates the adverse event of ventilator,nurses should quickly identify the malfunction and take correct measures once the ventilator alarms,and use simple apparatus instead of the ventilator if the problems cannot be solved in short time so as to ensure effective ventilation and patient’s safety.更多还原
