【摘要】 目的:探讨孕妇学校规范化健康教育对促进自然分娩的作用。方法:将310例门诊产前检查孕妇随机分为观察组170例和对照组140例。对照组给予产前常规检查及指导,观察组在此基础上参加孕妇学校规范化健康教育。产后比较两组产妇的分娩方式、产程时间、剖宫产原因。结果:两组产妇分娩方式、产程时间、剖宫产原因比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用孕妇学校规范化健康教育方式,可减轻孕妇焦虑心态,促进自然分娩,降低剖宫产率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of standard health education in pregnant woman school on the promotion of natural childbirth.Methods: 310 pregnant women with prenatal check-up in outpatient department were randomly divided into an observation group(n=170) and a control group(n=140).The routine prenatal examination and guidance were given to the pregnant women in the control group,the pregnant women in the observation group received standard health education in maternal school based on the routine ones.The mode of delivery,labor time and the reasons for cesarean section were compared between the two groups after delivery.Results: There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the mode of delivery,labor time and the reasons for cesarean section between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The standard health education in pregnant woman school can relieve the anxiety of pregnant women so as to promote natural childbirth and decrease cesarean section rate.更多还原
