【摘要】 目的:探讨手背静脉穿刺输液后两种拔针及按压方法对减轻患者疼痛、减少回血、出血及皮下淤血的临床效果。方法:将200例手背静脉穿刺患者随机分成观察组和对照组各100例。在输液结束后拔针和按压时,对照组采取手持针柄拔针及按压棉签杆法,观察组采取折叠头皮针软管拔针及指压棉签头法。比较两组患者拔针时疼痛、静脉回血及拔针后出血、皮下淤血情况。结果:观察组患者输液结束后拔针时疼痛、静脉回血及拔针后出血、皮下淤血发生例数均少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:折叠头皮针软管拔针法及指压棉签头按压法是静脉输液后理想的拔针及按压方法,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of two different methods of withdrawing needle and pressing back of the hand on reducing the patient’s pain,reducing blood return,bleeding and ecchymoma in intravenous puncture.Methods: 200 patients with intravenous puncture on back of hand were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group(100 cases for each group).When withdrawing needle and pressing back of the hand at the end of intravenous infusion,the method of withdrawing needle by holding the needle handle and pressing swab rod was taken in the control group;the method of withdrawing needle by folding the tube of scalp acupuncture and pressing the swab head was used in the observation group.The pain when withdrawing needle,blood return,bleeding and ecchymoma were compared between the two groups.Results: The incidence of the pain when withdrawing needle,blood return,bleeding and ecchymoma were lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Withdrawing needle by folding the tube of scalp acupuncture and pressing the swab head is the ideal method after intravenous infusion and it is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.更多还原
