【摘要】 目的:探讨心理干预对外来务工骨折患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法:将427例外来务工骨折患者按入院时间分为实验组和对照组。对照组275例,进行常规健康教育;实验组152例,给予心理干预认知疗法。应用简易应对方式问卷、社会支持评定量表及状态焦虑量表对两组患者进行心理评估并分析比较。结果:两组积极应对平均得分为(2.55±0.467)分、(1.17±0.426)分,实验组优于对照组(P<0.01);两组焦虑平均得分为(37.48±5.457)分、(46.46±7.514)分,实验组优于对照组(P<0.01);社会支持对外来务工人员的积极作用R2值为0.379;焦虑对外来务工人员作用强度R2值为0.381。结论:外来务工人员骨折后焦虑情绪明显,实施心理干预可有效缓解其焦虑水平,促进心理健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the impact of psychological intervention on the anxiety of the fracture patients of migrant workers.Methods:427 fracture patients of the migrant workers were divided into experimental and control groups according to the admission time.275 patients in the control group received routine health education and 152 patients in the experimental group received cognitive therapy of psychological intervention.The psychological assessment of the patients in both groups was made by using Simple Coping Style Questionnaire,Social Support Rating Scale and Anxiety Rating Scale and the data were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:The average scores of positive coping were(2.55±0.467)points in the experimental group and(1.17±0.426)points in the control group(P<0.01);the average scores of anxiety were(37.48±5.457)points in the experimental group and(46.46±7.514)points in the control group(P<0.01);the R2 value of social support acted to the migrant workers was 0.379;the R2 of intensity of anxiety acted to the migrant workers was 0.381.Conclusion:The anxiety of the migrant workers is very obvious when they suffer from fractures,therefore the implementation of psychological intervention can relieve their anxiety levels so as to improve their mental health.更多还原
