【摘要】 精索静脉曲张(VC)是男性泌尿生殖系统常见病之一,是导致男性不育的重要原因,目前对其致男性不育的机制已进行了大量临床及实验研究,但仍未完全阐明。VC可能通过睾丸微循环、血管活性物质、氧自由基、一氧化氮、缺氧、免疫及凋亡等多种途径共同作用致男性不育。现结合近几年的研究,就VC致男性不育的发病机制做一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Varicocele is one of the most common diseases of the male reproductive system.Despite the huge amount of research work that has been done,the mechanisms of infertility in varicocele patients have yet to be fully understood.The development of the disease might be related to many factors including microcirculation of the testis,vasoactive substance,reactive oxygen species,nitricoxide,hypoxia,immunological factors and apoptosis.This review updates the knowledges on the mechanisms of infertility in varicocele males.更多还原
